It was important for me to have the best experts along with good service. Isida was the clinic that met all my requirements. The call center and reception were always very helpful and polite. There was professional and always efficient support with insurance queries and documents by Anastasia and Daria. Direct billing was made with my international insurance, so I didn’t have to worry about bill payments and claims every visit. And the biggest thank you is to our doctor Tkachenko Oksana Vitalievna. Great care is in the heart of her work! Always in touch, thorough attention to my preferences and emotional support. I wanted to have a natural birth, but Michaela, my daughter, took her sweet time and wasn’t in a hurry to come out. Oksana Vitalievna gave us maximum time to wait under careful monitoring. The moment it became dangerous for the baby, we were taken to the operation room to for emergency c-section. So the birth plan was not needed, but the most important my and baby health were not compromised. The most magical moment in my life went the best possible way, and I am grateful to Isida clinic for it!
